Human experience can feel overwhelming for any person, yet if you are someone experiencing the world with deep sensitivity, the challenges of life can feel even trickier to navigate. As someone who identifies as highly sensitive and comes from a family where sensitivity was seen as a flaw, I really get how hard, confusing and lonesome it can feel at times. This is why I feel passionate about creating spaces where your sensitivity, intuition and inner knowing can be honoured, supported and recognised as a source of power and wisdom.

Qualified in Gestalt and trained in many different therapeutic and healing modalities, I offer online therapy sessions to support you unique journey of healing, unshaming and growth. My approach is relational, body-attuned, and holistic - it is very important for me that all parts of you are included and welcome
