Holistic Therapy Sessions: A Gentle, Relational, and Embodied Approach
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when you are navigating uncertainty, loss, or deeply ingrained patterns as someone with heightened sensitivity. My approach to therapy is relational, embodied, and holistic, offering a safe and attuned space for exploration, healing, and growth. Sessions take place online and are uniquely tailored to your needs, respecting the wisdom of your inner system.
In my work, I draw upon a rich blend of modalities I have trained in and explored personally, including Gestalt therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Shadow Work, relational mindfulness, Family Constellations, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Authentic Relating, and embodiment practices. This means our work together is not one-size-fits-all but deeply responsive to you.
What Sessions May Look Like
A body-based, present-moment awareness forms the foundation of all our sessions. This means we don’t just talk about your experiences —we explore how they live in your body, emotions, and nervous system in real time.
Some sessions may be more focused on verbal reflection, while others may include gentle awareness practices, mindful movement, guided visualizations, creative experiments, working with symbols, rituals or dreams, or mapping nervous system states. These approaches help bring insight, release tension, and reconnect you with your inner resources.
A Relaxed and Supportive Space
Therapy doesn’t have to feel formal or rigid. I encourage you to be as comfortable as you like during sessions. You’re welcome to sit, lie down, stretch, wrap yourself in a blanket, or even have a cup of tea—whatever helps you feel safe and settled.
This is a space where all of you is welcome. You can curse, cry, joke, laugh, or sit in silence—however you need to show up, you won’t be judged. Our work together is about meeting what’s real for you in the moment, with curiosity and care.
My Approach
At the heart of my work is the belief that nothing about you needs fixing — your system already holds the answers. My role is to support and listen — not only with my mind, but with my heart, body, and intuition, helping you make sense of your experience and move toward integration. The relational trust between us is essential, and I encourage open dialogue to ensure that our sessions feel supportive and aligned with your unique process.
I work gently and mindfully, attuning to the pace of your nervous system and honoring the parts of you that may feel hesitant. I know that deep, lasting change comes not from force or striving, but from softness, presence, and self-compassion. While the process can touch deep and tender places, I also bring warmth, humor, and playfulness when appropriate, trusting in the resilience of the human spirit.
Session Structure & Practical Details
I offer long-term, open-ended therapy, as I find deep and sustainable transformation unfolds over time. However, I also provide short-term packages (6-8 sessions) for those looking for focused support.
Sessions are available on the weekly, fortnightly, or as stand-alone basis. Please have a look at the prices below:
Exploration (introduction) session, 60 minutes: £50
Weekly/fortnightly sessions, 60 minutes: £85 per session
Ad-hoc session, 75 minutes: 100£ per session
