Hi, I’m Ksenia — a very warm welcome to my space!
I’m a relational psychotherapist, holistic counsellor, group facilitator, and body-mind healing guide with over 7 years of supporting humans on the way of self exploration and growth — but more than anything, I am a sensitive, creative human, continually exploring what it means to heal, grow, and truly inhabit oneself. My work is deeply intuitive, embodied, and relational, shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
I was born in Russia but spent 18 years in London, a city that became my second home and a place of deep transformation for me. In 2023, I moved to Portugal, drawn to the wildness of the ocean, the vastness of the shore, and the sense of openness it offers. Now, I live by the Atlantic, where the rhythms of the tides mirror the cycles of change and healing that I witness in my work and in my own life.
I discovered psychotherapy and the healing arts over a decade ago, in the midst of a personal crisis. I felt lost, stuck, and desperate. Anxiously stepping into a therapy room for the first time, I had no idea that I was at the threshold of something profound — a journey that would reshape my sense of self, my vocation, my relationships, and my entire way of being.
Over the years, I have trained in Gestalt therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Body-Art Therapy, Family Constellations, Transformational Connection, Authentic Relating, and Embodiment practices. Yet, my deepest learning still comes from life itself — from loss and renewal, love and rupture, uncertainty and belonging. My creative expression, spiritual practice, and deep attunement to the body continue to guide me just as much as my formal education.
Who I Support
I specialize in working with deep feelers —those who move through life with heightened sensitivity, intuition, and depth. I am particularly drawn to supporting those navigating terrains I have explored in depth myself:
• Processing grief, loss, and relationship breakdowns
• Healing from the impact of being raised in shaming, perfectionistic, or emotionally unsupportive environments
• Navigating major life transitions (I have rebuilt my life from scratch after moving countries twice)
• Facing painful family or parenting dynamics
• Moving through dark, uncertain times and rediscovering inner resilience and purpose
From my own experience, I know there is no quick fix, but there is a way forward. Together, we can explore new, empowered ways of being — reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, making meaning of your experiences, and cultivating a more compassionate, connected, and authentic relationship with yourself and the world.
A Few Things About Me
Beyond my work in therapy, my background is in the creative arts, and I still practice photography as another vocation. I have a lifelong love for literature and music, and I have been writing poetry since I was a child. I am deeply nourished by nature, by the sensory magic of the ocean, and by the quiet beauty of small moments.
I have a deep appreciation for shamanic practices and energy work, both of which shape how I hold space. I am passionate about rewilding — not just as a return to nature, but as a return to our own untamed, instinctual selves. I find deep joy in intuitive movement, dancing, singing, and playful expression in wild places. These are ways I connect with both my inner world and the world around me, and they deeply influence the way I work with others.
I believe in subtlety and nuance, in the intelligence of the body, in the quiet whispers of intuition. Healing, to me, is not just about insight— it is about connection — to self, to others, and to something greater.
How I Work
Our deepest wounds are relational in nature, and I believe that true healing happens in relationship — not just through techniques, but through trust, warmth, honesty, and attunement. This is the foundation of my work, alongside my skills, sensitivity, and experience.
If you feel drawn to my approach, please reach out — I would love to hear from you.
